1. Overview:

This is a comprehensive purifiction facilty, which gather flocculaion, clarification, filtration and othe processes. It's convenience to purify the general ground water, river water and other sources to standard living water. Mainly used in rural areas, towns, farms, army barracks, small medium enterprises and other places to improve the living water's quality.

2. Operating Principle:

Its process flow is much similar with urban water factory. Includes flocculation tank, sedimentation tank, filtration tank, water quality stabilizing device, backwash device, pumps and electrical control cabinet. Description are presented below:

• Flocculation tank: raw water with flocculants flow into flocculation tank from inlet pipe, through the agitator, suspended solids are reacted with flocculants and become alum flocs.
• Sedimentation tank: alum flocs flow to sedimentation tank, by th plate settler/lamellar, solid and liquid are separated. And sludges are discharged to the mud bucket.
• Filtration tank: after sedimentation, water flows to filtration tank. Inside the filtration tank, from bottom to top respectively are water distributors, silica sand and anhracitic coal. Flow rate is 10m/h. Finally, water flows to clean water tank for other usage. Usually, backwash cycle of filtration tank is about 12 hours, backwash time is about 5-10 minutes.

3. Application Field:

• Rivers, lacks, reservoirs and other surface water purifcation projects;
• Middle water reuse
• Industrial waste water purification for mine water, coal washing water, baths, swimming pool, car wash, paper, printing and dyeing, electroplating and other industries.

4. Flow Diagram:

We use standard export packing ways to avoid cargo damage during shipment.

We can design any project of the water treatment to meet the demands of our clients, considering both the quality of the raw water and the desired standard of the treated water.

Supply overseas commissioning:

System will be pre-testing before delivery. Operation will be provided as well. If technicans still require at installation site, all costs involved, including visa fee, air ticket, accommodation costs, etc, are paid by buyer. In addition, each technician should be paid salary every day.
