1. Description of sand filter:

Quartz sand filter can effectively remove suspended solids, colloidal, iron, organic compounds, pesticides, manganese, bacteria, viruses and other pollutants. It has a small filtration resistance, large specific surface area and strong acid and alkali resistance and oxidation, PH range is 2-13, and good anti-pollution. Quartz sand filter also has a unique advantage by optimizing the filter and filter design, implementing operation of the adaptive filter. Besides it has a strong adaptability of raw water concentration, operating conditions, pre-treatment process, that is, automatically form sparse in the top and dense at the bottom, which is beneficial in all kinds of operating conditions to ensure water quality. 2. Description of activated carbon filter:

Activated carbon filter mainly removes remained chlorine(exceeding 98%) from water with the porous and adsorbing nature of activate carbon, and can also effectively remove organic, colloid, heavy metal, pigment and odor. The equipment can be used for te pre-treatment phas for reverse osmosis, ultrfiltration and ion exchange system, and can imporve the quality of input water of various water treatment equipments and assure the effective and stable work of follow-up equipment.

Widely used in electricity, electronics, beverages, water, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, paper, food, swimming pools, municipal engineering and other process water, domestic water, drinking water, recycled water and wastewater pre-treatment areas.

5. Drawing:

Project design:

We can design the filters in different sizes,filter housing can be 304/316 sanitary stainless steel, firber-glass reinforced plastic(FRP) or carbon steel with rubber lining/epoxy resin. Filter medias can be quartz sand,activate carbon, gravel,anthracite and pyrite ore whcih shall be selected according to the actual demands.

Supply overseas commissioning:

System will be pre-testing before delivery. Operation will be provided as well. If technicans still require at installation site, all costs involved, including visa fee, air ticket, accommodation costs, etc, are paid by buyer. In addition, each technician should be paid salary every day.
