System Structure:
Housing is usually made of FRP, 304 stainless steel with rubber lining or carbon steel with rubber lining.
Function:
Mix bed is mainly used to reduce hardness, alkalinity, cation & anion from water to get softened water or deionized water.
Advantages:
1. High quality of output water, PH value close to neutral.
2. Stable output water's quality, short-term changes in operation conditions do not have many effects of the quality.
3. 100% recovery.
Application Field:
Mix bed is generally placed after electrodialysis or reverse osmosis device (or directly used to low salinity water) to get high quality pure water/ultra-pure water. It widely used in electronic, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, nuclear, power field and other industries.
We use standard export packing ways to avoid cargo damage during shipment.
Shipping: we supply shipping service and all kinds of certificate, eg.:CO, F/A, F/F....and so on. As well as insurance.
Project design:
We can design the filters in different sizes,filter housing can be firber-glass reinforced plastic(FRP) or carbon steel with rubber lining/epoxy resin.
Supply overseas commissioning:
System will be pre-testing before delivery. Operation will be provided as well. If technicans still require at installation site, all costs involved, including visa fee, air ticket, accommodation costs, etc, are paid by buyer. In addition, each technician should be paid salary every day.
